If for some reason you need to return an item, you have 30 days from receiving your tracked package to return it. All items must be in their original condition with their original packaging, instruction manuals, warranties, and tags
Please Note: All Returns or Exchanges are at the cost of the customer unless Grace Health Scrubs made an error leading to the customer needing to return items.
Original shipping/processing charges are not refundable. We will, however, exchange items with no additional shipping/processing charges.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit minus 15% restocking fee will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days of Sophisticated Scrub Boutique receiving the package. If 10 business days have gone and you haven't received your approved refund, please contact your bank first.
After 30 days of delivery of your tracked item, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet after 10 business days, please contact us at email@example.com
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only pay return shipping and replace items if they are defective or damaged. You may exchange items for a different size or color if it is in stock within in 30 days of receipt of tracked items. Customer is responsible for Shipping costs sending items back to warehouse.
