  • Production time takes 5-7 business days
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once it is shipped.
  • PLEASE NOTE: You may receive multiple packages and tracking numbers if you order from more then one brand or collection. 

 

Return Policy

Due to COVID-19, we are not accepting any returns or exchanges. Please make sure to choose the correct size before you check out.

Our policy has been updated in January 2023. We offer free shipping on orders over $100 every day. If you need to return an item, you have 30 days from receiving your package to do so. The item must be in its original condition with its original packaging, instructions, warranties, and tags.

Please note that if you need to return or exchange an item, it will be at your own cost, unless Sophisticated Scrub Boutique made an error that caused you to need to return the item.

The original shipping and processing charges will not be refunded. However, we will exchange items with no additional shipping or processing charges.

Refunds (if applicable)

If your return is approved, you will receive a credit minus a 15% restocking fee. This credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive your package. If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank first.
We will not accept returns or exchanges after 30 days from the delivery of your package.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at tyra@sophisticatedscrubsboutique.com

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will only pay for return shipping and replace items if they are defective or damaged. You may exchange items for a different size or color if it is in stock within 30 days of receiving your package. The customer is responsible for shipping costs when sending items back to our warehouse.
